Circular for Class XI Academic Session 2018-19

For Class XI students, the academic session will begin on Thursday, 07 June 2018 at 9.00 a.m. This will be followed by regular class.

A prayer service will be held at 9.00 a.m. in the school auditorium. It is essential that all the parents attend the prayer service.

TEXT BOOKS :-

Text books will be issued by PCM Books. A counter will be opened by PCM at school on 7th and 8th June 2018. Students can buy the books by paying cash.

NOTE BOOKS :

The list of note books will be given to each child depending on the subjects opted. Please ensure that all books are covered with brown paper and neatly labelled.

SCHOOL FEE :

Quarterly fee remittance is followed for class XI. 1st quarter fee to be remitted in July.
The CBSE had instructed all the schools to accept the school fees through online non cash mode. Hence the fee can be remitted through

• FEDNET, FEDMOBILE (both free of charges, Need to have a Federal bank a/c).

• BHIM LOTZA UPI Payments App.
(Free of charges. Any Public Sector / Scheduled commercial Bank A/c holders)

• E-PAY : Auto Pay facility (Federal bank)

(Use the credit / Debit card of any bank (Chargeable)
Payment procedure will be intimated with the fee structure which will be issued in the class.

From 01st April 2018 onwards, a nominal fee of Rs. 25/- will be levied by Federal bank from parents for every cash remittance made through Federal Bank. (Challan book available in the school office can be used for this remittance). New admission number is allotted to all the class XI students. Please check with the class teachers for the admission numbers.

SCHOOL BUS SERVICE

Only the girls of class XI will be permitted to use the school bus. Students who are availing of the facility of the school bus, must pay the fee in full in advance. One way bus pass will not be issued. Bus pass, will be issued after remitting the amount by DD at the Rajagiri Higher Secondary School office. Please contact Rajagiri Higher Secondary School Office for further details.
Those without Bus passes will not be allowed to use the school bus.

CANTEEN FACILITY :

Students are advised to bring lunch from home. However canteen facility will be available for those who find it very difficult to bring their lunch.

Boys : Navy blue trousers & blue striped shirt.
Girls : Blue striped kameez with navy blue salwar and a navy blue jacket

Navy blue belts (shall provide from school). Navy blue ties to be worn on Mondays & Fridays. No jewellery is permitted except small ear studs. Girls must use only black hair bands and clips.

All boys should wear white vests and all girls should wear petticoats. Fancy hair style or colouring of hair is not permitted.

DISCIPLINE

Students are to maintain discipline and follow the rules of the school. Any behaviour that adversely affects the discipline of the school will be strictly dealt with. Students are to reach school by 8.15 a.m. and disperse by 3.15 p.m. Students are allowed to stay back till 4.00 p.m. only if they are engaged in some games on the playground, remedial class or activities monitored by the teachers. It is compulsory for the students to attend the special classes from 7.30 a.m. on week days.

PARENT TEACHER INTERACTION

Parents are to meet teachers during the Open House days indicated in the school diary. On other days they have to take prior permission of the Principal in order to meet the teachers. Please go through the school diary and also communicate to the teacher through the diary.
