Our school, in collaboration with Plan@earth, organized several initiatives in observance of World Mangrove Day 2024. These efforts aimed to raise awareness about Mangroves and their conservation through various activities:

1. Quiz competition on Mangroves and their conservation. 

    Students who provided correct answers were awarded with a badge from Plan@earth. 

2. Painting competition for Grade 10. 

 The theme, “Mangroves – Guardians of the Coast,” inspired participants to creatively express their appreciation for mangrove ecosystems. 

Additionally, the kiosk that was set up in the RPS auditoroum educated students from Grades 9 and 11 about the importance of preserving Mangroves. These activities not only fostered knowledge among students but also instilled a sense of responsibility towards protecting our coastal ecosystems.
