The assembly, hosted by class 8D and 8E, commenced with a soulful prayer song that invoked a sense of unity and peace. Jianna Bridget Joe of 8D welcomed the gathering.

Sameeha Shaiju of 8D delivered an inspiring Independence Day speech, reflecting on the significance of the day and the responsibilities that come with freedom.

To pay tribute to the valiant freedom fighters who fought for India’s independence, a special segment was dedicated to honouring their memory. A group of students dressed as iconic freedom fighters walked onto the stage. 

Following the tribute, Anoshka Santhosh Nair of 8D,  delivered a powerful recitation of a patriotic poem that resonated with the audience. 

A captivating dance performance followed. The  synchronized movements and energetic music captivated the audience, leaving them spellbound.

The students also presented a skit that vividly depicted the key events of the Indian freedom struggle. 

Our Principal, Ms. Ruby Antony addressed the assembly with an inspiring speech, emphasizing the importance of remembering and honouring the sacrifices of our freedom fighters. The assembly concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Niveditha B of 8E. 

The assembly was a grand success, filled with patriotic fervour, cultural pride, and heartfelt tributes to the freedom fighters.
