On Monday, 5th August, Rajagiri Public School had the honor of hosting a mesmerizing flute recital by the renowned maestro Shashank Subramaniam. The event, organized under the auspices of SPIC MACAY (Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongst Youth), was a resounding success.

Throughout the recital, Shashank seamlessly transitioned between various ragas, each showcasing different moods and emotions. His improvisations were particularly noteworthy, displaying both technical brilliance and creative ingenuity. 

The students of Rajagiri Public School were particularly inspired by the maestro’s performance. Many of them, who are learning music themselves, found the recital to be both educational and motivational. 

Shashank took a moment to interact with the young musicians, encouraging them to pursue their passion for music with dedication and perseverance.
